Mr. Vishnukant Bhutada holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and has 32 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is one of the founder members of Shilpa Medicare Limited and the main guiding force behind its progress.

His analytical vision and deep knowledge of not only the domestic but also the international medicare market made the company one of the biggest exporters of specialised medical ingredients and medicines. The meteoric rise of the Group is attributed to him.

Mr. Ramakant Innani completed his graduation in commerce in 1999 and joined the Shilpa Group as Finance Manager. He takes care of all financial matters of the company, including funding and borrowings, and brings 20 years of experience in banking and finance across the overall activities of Shilpa Medicare Limited and its subsidiaries.

He has also started a business in the infrastructure industry, constructing private villas, commercial malls and multiplexes, and, most importantly, he is one of the Promoters of Shilpa Medicare Limited.

Mr. Madhav Bhutada completed his Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and joined Shilpa Medicare as a Management Associate. He is currently the Managing Director & CEO of Shilpa Biocare Private Limited, a fellow subsidiary company.

Apart from handling the business affairs of Shilpa Biocare, he looks into various roles in Shilpa Medicare Limited across business strategy, corporate affairs and operational synergy.

Mr. Madhav Bhutada was inducted on to the Board of the Company w.e.f. 10 August 2022 in the capacity of Non-Executive Director.
